A Saturday Trip to Scofield

We decided to do a family road trip to Scofield. What we forgot was how COLD it was going to be. We had fun doing a little fishing and enjoying the fall colors. We went finishing in a stream where Carl could see several fish, thanks to his cool polarized glasses. So he spent a few hours dragging a fly right across where this fish was hanging out. He finally got it to bite the fly, but unfortunately we couldn't land it. It would have been easier if we had a net and Carl actually used a fly pole.. He just put a fly on a regular pole. Kimee did really well for her first time. She was a little cold but not too worse for the wear. I apologize for not taking any pictures of Carl in action.
